Video Unboxing Requirement
To be eligible for any return or refund consideration, customers must record an uninterrupted video of the product being unboxed at the time of delivery. The video must:
- Begin before the package is opened and show the sealed package clearly
- Capture the entire unboxing process without any cuts or pauses
- Clearly show the product, tags, and any visible defects or damage
- Be recorded at the time of delivery — videos submitted after the fact will not be accepted
How to Submit
Email your unboxing video along with your order number and reason for return to within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Refund Decision
All refund decisions are made solely at the discretion of the SKSY operations team. Submission of a return request and unboxing video does not guarantee a refund or replacement. The operations team's decision is final and binding.
Non-Eligible Returns
The following will not be considered for returns or refunds:
- Change of mind or incorrect size ordered
- Items without original tags attached
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Requests submitted without an unboxing video
- Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery
